In response to any government-issued “Shelter In Place” directive, please be advised that W.A. Chester employees are considered essential personnel according to guidance published by the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency, a division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (“CISA”) on March 19, 2020.
The guidance entitled, the “Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers during the COVID-19 Response,” sets forth the industries providing essential personnel during the COVID-19 crisis. This guidance addresses the nature of work W.A. Chester performs under the energy sector which is one of the 14 categories listed as requiring essential critical infrastructure workers.
