Ongoing Maintenance/Support Agreements

POTOMAC ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY, Washington, DC
New Construction, maintenance and emergency storm response work on both high and low voltage underground transmission and distribution systems and low voltage overhead distribution systems within Maryland and the District of Columbia. Third-party telecommunications support is also provided in the power zone. These ongoing contracts began in the early 1970’s and in 1996 an agreement was added to provide substation maintenance support.

DOMINION VIRGINIA POWER, Richmond, VA
High voltage underground transmission maintenance and emergency repair contract within Virginia. This contract has been in place since 1990 and in 2003 was expanded to include 34kV cable installation, termination and splicing.

KANSAS CITY POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, Kansas City, MO
Perform maintenance, repairs and “on-call” emergency service to a 161kV pipe cable system since 1994.

FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, Miami, FL
Full-time maintenance crew on site performing day-to-day maintenance and inspections on high voltage underground cable systems and providing response to emergency requirements on an “on-call” basis since 1997.

JACKSONVILLE ELECTRIC AUTHORITY, Jacksonville, FL
Annual maintenance inspection of the high voltage underground cable system. Maintenance, repair services and emergency services on an as requested basis since 1997.

BALTIMORE GAS & ELECTRIC, Baltimore, MDHigh voltage underground transmission maintenance and emergency services on an as requested basis since 2002.

MIRANT, Washington, DC
Provide labor, supervision, equipment and material for routine and emergency repairs to plant underground and overhead distribution on a call-in basis at Mirant generating stations in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

DUQUESNE LIGHT COMPANY, Pittsburg, PA
Provide labor, supervision and equipment for emergency storm restoration on the Pittsburg area overhead system.

CITY OF CLEVELAND, Cleveland, OH
Perform maintenance repairs and “on-call” emergency services for the HPFF underground transmission system.

NSTAR ELECTRIC & GAS CORPORATION, Boston, MA
High voltage underground transmission maintenance and emergency repair agreement since 2007.
